We try to keep the site available and accurate but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or up to date at any given moment. We may change or withdraw any part of it without notice.
Nothing here is an offer or advice
The content of this site, including the pricing pages, is published for information. It is not an offer capable of acceptance, and no contract comes into existence by using the site or by booking a call.
Articles and guides are general information about how we approach this work. They are not professional, legal, financial or tax advice, and should not be relied on as a substitute for advice about your own circumstances.
Estimates and the calculator
The cost calculator and the guides produce indicative estimates from figures you enter yourself. They are arithmetic on your assumptions, not a measurement of your business and not a quotation.
A price only becomes real once the manual cost has been measured and both sides have agreed that figure in writing. Any published rate, including the 20% figure and the monthly minimum, describes how we normally price and may change; the terms that bind either of us are the ones in a signed engagement.
The site assistant
The assistant is an automated system built on a large language model. It can be wrong, incomplete or out of date, and nothing it says is binding on us. Where it conflicts with this site or with a written agreement, the written material governs.
Do not enter confidential information, personal data about other people, or anything sensitive into it. Please do not attempt to use it to generate unlawful, abusive or unrelated content; we rate-limit it and may withdraw access.
Acceptable use
You may read, print and share this material for your own business purposes, including holding us or another supplier to the standards it describes. You may not misuse the site by introducing malicious code, attempting to gain unauthorised access, scraping it in a way that degrades service for others, or republishing substantial parts of it as your own.
Intellectual property
The text, design, code and images on this site belong to APEX SCALE LTD unless stated otherwise. Client logos shown are the property of their respective owners and are used to identify the work described.
Third-party services and links
The booking page embeds a scheduler operated by Calendly, and the assistant relies on an AI provider. Those services are outside our control and are governed by their own terms. Links to other sites are provided for convenience and are not an endorsement.
Liability
Nothing in these terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be limited.
Subject to that, we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on the content of this site, including any estimate produced by the calculator, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, loss of business or loss of data. Where you use the site as a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected.
Governing law
These terms and any dispute arising from them are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
