We automate and only charge 20% of what it used to cost.
We build the system that replaces one manual process, then price it against what that process costs you today: 20% of the manual cost, charged per item, and only once you confirm it works. You keep the other 80%.
You only pay out of what you save.
We measure what one repetitive process costs to run manually, in hours and pounds, and agree that figure in writing before anything is built. The system is then built and charged at 20% of the measured cost per item processed. The upfront cost is set against the size of the build. Nothing further is invoiced until the system is live, and it goes live only on your approval.
Minimal upfront
A small starting cost, scaled to the size of the build and agreed with you before any work begins — then nothing more until it's live. If we never get it working to your standard, it never goes live and you never pay to run it.
One call required
Approximately 45 minutes to walk through the process. After that the work proceeds from your existing systems and documentation, with no further time required from your team.
No change to daily operations
The system writes into the software you already use. During the testing period your team continues working exactly as they do now.
Rolling monthly term
Thirty days' notice, with no minimum term and no exit fee.
What is one repetitive job costing you a year?
Select the process your team repeats most frequently: processing an order, assessing a claim, chasing a supplier, or transferring information between systems. The calculation requires three figures.
Indicative only, from the figures you entered. On the call these estimates are replaced with measured figures from your own business, agreed in writing before anything is built. Our price is 20% of that measured cost, subject to the £250/month minimum.
The system is tested against your team before it handles live work.
Every build is tested in four stages before it processes any live work. Each stage is gated on your approval. The method is set out in full below.
Tested on old work
We run it against cases you've already handled, where you already know the right answer.
It watches quietly
It works beside your team on live jobs, deciding silently. Nobody acts on it. Nothing changes for them.
You compare
A simple screen shows where it agreed with your team and where it didn't, in plain numbers.
You switch it on
It goes live in writing, on your say-so — and that's when per-item billing starts, not before.
Measured results from delivered work.
Every system below has been built. Where one is not yet running on live client work, it is labelled as such.
Property-sourcing platform rebuild
Replaced an expensive third-party scraping service with a purpose-built system. Structured logging then exposed that over half the daily work was being silently abandoned — and that one dead link had been burning the monthly software budget for months.
Self-optimising message selection
Reallocates sending toward whatever earns genuine human replies, and scores engagement by speed so inbox scanners count for nothing.
Product demand analysis from public discussion
Reads what buyers already say about a product on Reddit and Quora, classifies every post for sentiment, and scores that against ten other public sources so a seller can judge real demand before spending on ads.
Additional terms for the first clients.
Builds are taken one at a time, as a single engineer delivers the work. The first clients receive the following in addition to the standard terms.
- Your 20% rate locked for life, whatever happens to pricing later
- A second process measured free — you keep that report either way
- Twelve months of rule changes included as your business shifts
- Priority slot — your build starts within two weeks of the call
One build at a time. When the current slot is taken, the next becomes available the following month. The initial call is free of charge and the cost analysis is yours regardless of whether you proceed.
Describe the process you want to automate.
You will receive a fixed price and a build plan.
There is no charge for the initial call and no obligation. You deal directly with the engineer who builds the system.
